Our state-of-the-art production facility is equipped with a twin screw line with capacity 1500 MT/Annum. Planned capacity expansion to reach 5000 MT/Annum by Q3 2026.
Featuring a twin screw with a 2-side feeder and an L/D ratio of 44. Our laboratory is fully equipped with a Melt Flow Index machine, Density Tester, Furnace, and Metal Separator to ensure the highest quality standards.

Production Capabilities
Our facility boasts a production capacity of 100-120 MT per month, ensuring we can meet large-scale demands efficiently and reliably.
We utilize the Nangjing Zhuo ZTE 50 extruder machine, equipped with a twin screw and two side feeders, featuring an impressive L/D ratio of 44. This setup allows for precise control and high-quality output.

Melt Flow Index Machine
Ensures accurate measurement of the melt flow rate of thermoplastic polymers.
Density Tester
Provides precise density measurements to nsure consistency and quality.
Furnaces
Used for a variety of testing and processing applications, ensuring our products meet rigorous standards.
UTM
A compression strength test UTM assesses a polymer's ability to endure compression without deforming or cracking
IMPACT Tester
An impact tester in the polymer industry measures a material's toughness, resilience, and energy absorption during high-speed, sudden impacts.
HDT/VIC Tester
The HDT and Vicat tests consist of determining the temperature at which a stressed sample undergoes deflection: in the HDT test the sample undergoes flexion, while in the Vicat test the sample is penetrated by a point.
Metal Separator
Ensures our materials are free from metal contaminants, maintaining the integrity and quality of our compounds.
